A setting, an atmosphere, the place
The architecture, first of all: with its clean simple lines, the space is a great setting for the artwork that contributes to its singular character. The influence of jazz musician and painter Daniel Humair, William Ledeuil’s longtime friend, is palpable; the chef asked him to design the decor, which is characterized by abstract canvases, contemporary sculptures and touches of bright color. It perfectly matches the furniture created by designer Léopold Gest. It has an urban look, and the open kitchen, a laboratory of culinary research, further adds to the workshop ambiance. And this is the other unique and very important feature for William Ledeuil: his guests have front-row seats.
