Their motto: “The product, nothing but the product, the best product.” Friends from their school days, these two launched Terroirs d’Avenir in 2008 to supply Parisian restaurants. They set up shop on Rue du Nil in the heart of the Sentier neighborhood. Thanks to direct sourcing and carefully handpicked producers, they offer products selected for leading chefs: Armoise pullet, turbot from the Île d’Yeu, Lake Geneva fera from fisherman Eric Jacquier, pigeons from Rémy Anézo, as well as authentic fruit and vegetables that are gems of authenticity.
